St. Thomas offers ample opportunities for the adventure seeker. If you’re looking for a way to get a birds eye view of the island, try your hand at skydiving!

If you or your family are more keen on water adventures, try one of the many deep sea fishing expeditions, rent a jet ski, or try one of the many boardsports popular on St. Thomas—surfing, paddle boarding, kiteboarding, wakeboarding, and wind surfing. If you’re coming to St. Thomas as a couple, get ready to be pampered. The island will treat you like royalty as you lounge on the beaches and cool off in the water. Perhaps you’d like to treat yourself to a massage or other body treatment while sipping a favorite tropical drink, such as the popular Cruzan Rum, which is distilled on St. Croix. When you and your partner have had enough sun, take a gastronomic tour of St. Thomas through its many restaurants, and then find yourself in a deep state of relaxation as you top the evening off under the stars on Magens Bay beach.

History is still alive on St. Thomas. If you’re interested in the island’s history, book a tour with one of the many knowledgeable guides and learn about the pirates, visit Dutch colonial buildings and walk up the beautiful and famous 99 steps street up to Blackbeard’s Castle—a lovely photo opportunity. Explore the history of Emancipation Park or some of the 20 sites on the island designated as St. Thomas National Historic Places, including plantation states, forts, churches and government buildings.
